Ethera Diamonds is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Store Sales Executive to join our team at Pacific Mall Mansarovar Jaipur .
The role involves handling in-store sales understanding customer requirements providing product recommendations and delivering a premium jewelry buying experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customers visiting the store and provide a premium jewelry buying experience
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable diamond jewelry products
- Handle the end-to-end sales process including product presentation pricing explanation billing and after-sales support
- Build strong long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases
- Maintain proper product displays and ensure the store is maintained to premium standards
- Coordinate with the inventory team for product availability and stock requirements
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall store performance
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding orders customization and delivery timelines
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow company sales processes
Eligibility & Requirements
- Prior experience in diamond gold jewelry or luxury retail sales is mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable personality with a customer-first attitude
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of jewelry products and customer handling
- Comfortable working in a retail store environment including weekends and holidays
- Ability to achieve individual and store-level sales targets
