- Accountable for maximizing business and customer value delivered through the ServiceNow-based digital shop platform.
- Owns the product backlog priorities functional scope and release objectives.
- Translates customer business and operational requirements into a clear product roadmap.
- Combines product management expertise with technical knowledge of ServiceNow APIs integrations data models and platform architecture.
- Collaborates with stakeholders architects developers testers operations teams and external system owners.
- Ensures solutions are feasible valuable secure and aligned with platform strategy.
- Commercial budget ownership is not part of the role.

Key Accountabilities

- Own and continuously maintain the product vision roadmap and backlog.
- Prioritize work based on customer value business goals technical dependencies and operational needs.
- Ensure backlog items are refined understood and ready for implementation.
- Convert business requirements into functional and non-functional requirements.
- Define acceptance criteria and expected business outcomes.
- Prioritize enhancements technical enablers defects and technical debt.
- Define release scope with the Scrum team and stakeholders.
- Accept completed functionality against agreed quality and acceptance criteria.
- Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and the Scrum team.
- Manage dependencies with SAP payment services and customer data platforms.




- Provide transparency on scope priorities risks dependencies and delivery progress.
- Support decisions when business requirements conflict with technical or architectural constraints.
- Ensure a seamless customer journey across registration product selection checkout payment order handling and self-service.
- Represent product interests during architecture integration and release discussions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory security data protection and operational requirements.

Product & Technical Responsibilities

- Understand technical impacts of product decisions.
- Challenge proposed solutions when required.
- Maintain knowledge of:
- ServiceNow platform capabilities and limitations.
- ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management) and ITSM (IT Service Management).
- CSDM (Common Service Data Model) concepts and service-related data structures.
- Enterprise integrations and APIs.
- Digital platform architecture and data models.
- Security compliance and operational considerations.
