Role & responsibilities
- Provide daytoday operational support for cloud and M365 environments, troubleshoot incidents, execute standard changes, and keep records and knowledge articles uptodate.
- Incident and service request handling in the technology stack, user and access administration, basic resource monitoring and troubleshooting. AWS resource tagging.
- Operational documentation, automation awareness (runbooks), ITIL change/problem processes
