Develop high-potential video ideas.

Write engaging long-form YouTube scripts.

Create hooks, video structures & storytelling flow.

Develop titles & thumbnail concepts.

Fact-check research and maintain reliable sources.

Create production briefs for the shooting/editing team.

Analyse video performance and use insights to improve future content.

We’re looking for

Excellent research & writing skills.

Strong understanding of YouTube and viewer psychology.

Good storytelling instincts.

Interest in finance, business & markets.

Someone who thinks “Why would people click and keep watching this?”

- Prior YouTube/scriptwriting experience is a strong advantage.

This is NOT a generic content-writing role, incumbent is expected to dedicatedly work on pre production perquisites.
