Remote Customer Service Representative – U.S. Pet Grooming Company

We are a U.S.-based mobile pet grooming company looking for a reliable and friendly customer service representative to join our team remotely.

Responsibilities:

- Answer customer phone calls and text messages
- Schedule and manage appointments
- Respond to new customer inquiries
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
- Follow company procedures and keep accurate customer information
- Coordinate with our grooming team throughout the day

Requirements:

- Excellent spoken and written English is required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable speaking with U.S. customers by phone
- Reliable computer, internet connection, and quiet work setting




- Organized, dependable, and able to follow detailed instructions
- Previous customer service/call center experience preferred

Schedule: Must be available during U.S. Pacific Time business hours.

This is a long-term remote opportunity for the right person.
