Position Overview We are seeking a results-driven Release Manager / Scrum Master to oversee end-to-end release planning, dependency management, and governance across multiple cross-functional PODs. In this role, you will bridge technical execution with enterprise processes, ensuring smooth deployment schedules, robust risk mitigation, and alignment across Data, AI, and software delivery pipelines. You will collaborate closely with stakeholder groups to navigate enterprise governance, optimize environments, and lead confidence-building Go/No-Go release decisions.

What You Will Do

- Release Planning & Scheduling: Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive release plans across PODs, tracking timelines, feature sets, and critical deliverables.
- Enterprise Process & Compliance: Guide teams through client process gates, including architecture approvals, risk/compliance reviews, and data availability sign-offs.
- Dependency & Scoping Management: Facilitate cross-POD coordination to map out technical dependencies, align scoping, and resolve cross-team conflicts proactively.
- Resource & Setting Enablement: Drive prioritization and secure required approvals for environment setups, test data availability, and infrastructure readiness.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify, track, and mitigate operational and delivery risks specific to enterprise standards and project requirements.
- Governance & Go/No-Go: Lead formal Go/No-Go decision meetings and drive transparent release status communications across business and technical teams.

What You Will Bring

- DevOps & CI/CD Mastery: Strong hands-on understanding of continuous integration, continuous delivery pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.
- Agile & ITIL Frameworks: Proven expertise working within Agile, Scrum, and ITIL delivery structures.




- Tooling Expertise: Direct experience with release orchestration, automation tools, version control, and configuration management systems.
- Data & AI Domain Knowledge: Solid familiarity with Data, AI, and MLOps/DataOps orchestration tools (e.g., MLflow, Apache Airflow).
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Exceptional ability to manage complex cross-team dependencies and orchestrate alignment across diverse engineering and business PODs.
- Problem Solving & Communication: Sharp risk assessment capabilities backed by strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
