Duties and Responsibilities

- Will be responsible for building the ACMF business in Tamil Nadu by acquiring NTB clients (Mid-Market) as well as managing existing relationship.
- Will be responsible for aggressively soliciting and servicing prospective customers producing a variety of commercial loans (Term Loan, Working Capital etc) as well as generating and managing a portfolio of business and corresponding relationships, while seeking new accounts.
- Will be responsible for revenue delivery on (fee and Interest Income) through focused efforts around:
1. New Client Acquisition numbers, volume and profitability.
2. Existing Customers Wallet Penetration.
3. Client Relationship Strength Scores.

- Will be expected to actively participate and contribute towards market feedback, Industry dynamics etc.

Stakeholders: Extensive engagement with Clients, Credit and Underwriting, Legal, Operations towards timely delivery.
