KISNA is the retail brand of H.K. Jewels Pvt. Ltd., a group company of the Hari Krishna Group (est. 1992, Surat) — a De Beers Sightholder. You would be joining a network at 160+ exclusive outlets, with 40+ more opening. The map is still being drawn — and the chapter that comes next is yours.

Run your region as your own business: revenue, stores, franchise partners, teams. Own the P&L; and fix what isn't working. Make your franchise partners profitable. Coach ABMs and Store Managers into the next set of regional leaders. And put recent stores on the map — site evaluation to launch to break-even.

You bring — 10–15 years in retail, with 6+ in multi-store management carrying the P&L.; A jewellery background counts for more here; strong multi-store retail credentials are equally welcome.

You get — a region of your own with real P&L; authority. Fixed pay, a KPI-linked variable, and incentive programmes over and above both. The expansion playbook first-hand. Visibility at the Director's table.
