- Prepare detailed training, audit, and performance reports
- Coach and mentor teachers to improve engagement and learning outcomes
- Recommend strategies to enhance academic efficiency and effectiveness




- Visit centers regularly to monitor compliance and academic performance

Requirements

- 2-7 years of relevant experience in academic management, teaching, or training
- Strong understanding of preschool or K-12 academic frameworks
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail with strong reporting and documentation skills
- Willingness to travel across locations as required
