Role Description This is a full-time Real Estate Agent role based in Jaipur, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some tasks to be completed from home.

The Real Estate

Agent will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties, including conducting property visits, hosting showings, and guiding clients through negotiation and closing processes. Daily responsibilities include prospecting for new leads, maintaining relationships with existing clients, preparing property listings and marketing materials, and staying informed about local market trends and regulations. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, brokers,



and external partners, managing documentation and contracts, and providing timely, professional customer service throughout each transaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and foundational knowledge of Real Property regulations and practices.
- Candidates should possess solid Real Estate market understanding, including local Jaipur market trends and property types.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, build trust, and respond promptly to client needs.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in documentation and contract handling.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with digital tools, including property listing platforms, CRM systems, and basic office software.
- Prior experience in real estate or related sales roles is beneficial; fluency in English and local languages is an advantage.
- A relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
