- Execution Planning:
- Responsible for implementation and execution of procurement strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on cost reduction, quality improvement, and supplier diversification.
- Supplier Management:
- Identify, evaluate, and establish robust relationships with local suppliers for raw materials, packaging, and equipment. Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality standards, delivery timelines, and cost agreements.
- Cost Management:
- Drive cost-effective procurement by negotiating contracts, managing budgets, and identifying opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
- Inventory Control:
- Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to maintain optimal inventory levels, ensuring raw materials are available to meet production schedules while minimizing excess stock.
- Quality Assurance:




- Ensure all procured materials meet regulatory standards (GMP, ISO, etc.) and company-specific quality requirements. Address non-conformance issues promptly.
- Contract Negotiation:
- Lead the negotiation of procurement contracts, including terms and conditions, payment terms, and risk management clauses.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with R&D;, production, quality control, and finance teams to understand material requirements and ensure alignment with operational needs.

Compliance & Reporting:

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal procurement policies. Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance to senior management
