Must have

- 3 years' experience in Identity & Access Management (user management lifecycle)
- Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ tool, support and admin role
- Understanding of the Sailpoint Joiner Mover Leaver workflows, provisioning/aggregation failures, optimizing system performance, and ensuring that access policies are not breached.
- Strong database skills, including building and writing SQL queries
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server management.




- Quick learner; able to adapt existing IT skills to a new environment
- Team player mindset
- Able to work rotating shifts and perform well under pressure in a production environment

Better to have

- Experience of working on Service NOW
- Understanding of Active Directory services (including ADLDS)
- Good understanding of ITIL concepts, especially Service Operations activities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working across cultures
- Experience working in Agile ways of working
