We are looking for a responsible, experienced Project Manager to handle our projects serving AI / LLM Industry - in transcription, labeling, annotation and multilingual data collective initiatives.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in managing multilingual data collection, labeling, transcription, and annotation projects. The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years of proven experience in vendor development, training, quality assurance, and end-to-end project execution. A ready vendor database and deep understanding of compliance-driven workflows are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Planning & Execution
- Define scope, timelines, and deliverables for data collection, transcription, and annotation projects.
- Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress against milestones.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, data privacy regulations, and industry standards.
- Vendor Development & Management
- Maintain and expand a vetted vendor database across languages and domains.
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and SLAs with vendors.
- Conduct vendor onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
- Training & Process Implementation
- Design and deliver training modules for vendors and internal teams.
- Standardize workflows for transcription, annotation, and QA processes.
- Implement best practices for linguistic accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Establish QA frameworks for data validation, linguistic accuracy, and annotation consistency.
- Conduct audits and reviews to ensure deliverables meet client specifications.




- Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on QA feedback.
- Stakeholder Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve workflow or tool-related issues.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of experience managing projects in data collection, transcription, or annotation.
- Proven track record in vendor development and management with a ready vendor database.
- Solid understanding of linguistic workflows, QA processes, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello) and collaboration platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in multilingual projects and familiarity with diverse linguistic datasets.
- Knowledge of AI/ML dataset preparation and annotation standards.
- Familiarity with GDPR, HIPAA, or other data compliance frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills for vendor performance and project metrics.

Engagement Details

- Type: Full-time / Contract
- Location: Remote or Hybrid (negotiable for the right candidate)
- Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and vendor network strength

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
