Program Lead – New Automotive Industry InitiativeWe are looking for a strong Program Lead to work directly with senior leadership on the execution of a new national-level initiative in the automobile retail industry.

The initiative is moving from validation into a structured 90-day pilot involving technology, dealerships, employees and external partners.

This is a hands-on execution role. The person will be responsible for ensuring multiple workstreams move together, deadlines are met, dependencies are resolved and the pilot delivers measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and drive the overall pilot plan, milestones and weekly execution
- Coordinate product and technology development with internal and external teams
- Drive dealer onboarding and implementation
- Coordinate employee enrolment, activation and engagement
- Manage execution with external partners and service providers
- Track key metrics, budgets, timelines and deliverables
- Identify blockers early and drive them to closure
- Maintain a transparent weekly management dashboard




- Work directly with senior leadership on decisions and priorities

Who We Are Looking For
- 5–10 years of experience in program management, implementation, business operations, special projects or similar execution-heavy roles
- Strong ownership and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Excellent coordination, problem-solving and follow-through
- Comfortable working with technology teams, senior business stakeholders and external partners
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets, reporting and presentation skills
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, HR-tech, mobility, automotive or a high-growth startup is useful but not mandatory
- Willing to work on-site in Jaipur and travel when required
