Role Description The Program Manager – Healthcare will oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing skill development and healthcare communication programs. This full-time, on-site role based in Guwahati involves coordinating with partner colleges, hospitals, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of OSCE-based training and simulation lab activities.

The Program

Manager will manage schedules, resources, and faculty, monitor program quality and learner progress, and prepare regular reports and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders. They will support curriculum adaptation, ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory standards,



and facilitate feedback loops to enhance training effectiveness. The role also includes stakeholder engagement, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of processes to align programs with evolving healthcare and education needs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in program management, project planning, and coordination within healthcare or education settings.
- Candidates should possess skills in stakeholder management, partnership development, and relationship-building with colleges, hospitals, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess strong communication skills, including proficiency in English, presentation abilities, and facilitation of training or workshops.
- Candidates should possess skills in data tracking, reporting, and basic analytics to monitor program outcomes and learner performance.
- Relevant academic qualification such as a Master’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, public health, education management, or a related field
- Prior experience managing healthcare projects , training programs, simulation labs, or nursing education initiatives is highly beneficial. Previous work experience in the north east preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site, collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, and adapt to energetic operational requirements.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality, ethics, and non-discriminatory practices in healthcare education.
