Role Description The Production Control Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for overseeing day-to-day production planning, scheduling, and coordination across manufacturing operations. This role involves monitoring production workflows, aligning materials availability with production targets, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

The Production Control

Manager will track inventory levels, analyze process performance, resolve bottlenecks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as procurement, warehouse, and quality to maintain smooth operations. The role also includes preparing reports, supporting cost control initiatives,



and implementing continuous improvement measures to meet operational and business goals.

Compensation for this role is up to 6 LPA, depending on experience and skills.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Production Planning and Production Management to develop schedules, allocate resources, and meet output targets.
- Experience in Inventory Control and Materials Management to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure timely availability of raw materials.
- Knowledge of Process Control to monitor, analyze, and improve manufacturing processes for consistency and efficiency.
- Ability to use production management tools, spreadsheets, and ERP or MRP systems for planning and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production Management, Operations, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with responsibility for planning and control activities.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Effective communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Capability to work on-site in Noida and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
