Role Description The Process Audit Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing and improving operational processes across residential development projects. The role includes planning and conducting process audits for key functions such as project execution, quality control, compliance, and safety, ensuring alignment with internal standards and regulatory requirements (including BDA/BMRDA guidelines).

The Process Audit

Manager will analyze workflows, identify risks and gaps, recommend corrective and preventive actions, and follow up on implementation to drive continuous improvement. Day-to-day tasks include preparing audit plans and reports,



collaborating with project managers and functional heads, developing or updating standard operating procedures, and training teams on process compliance and best practices. The role also involves monitoring performance indicators, supporting management in decision-making, and contributing to overall operational excellence within KNS Infrastructure.

Qualifications

- Strong process audit and internal control skills, including experience in planning, executing, and reporting operational or compliance audits.
- Competence in process mapping, workflow analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, or similar).
- Knowledge of construction, real estate, or infrastructure operations, particularly in residential development and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to interpret and apply relevant government guidelines, standards, and safety regulations related to land development and building projects.
- Proficiency in data analysis, documentation, and use of productivity tools (e.g., MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, audit or project management software).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy and accountability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field; professional certifications in audit, quality, or process improvement are an advantage.
