Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive to generate new business, build strong client relationships and drive qualified sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email and networking
Prospect and connect with IT managers, decisionmakers and business leaders
Generate qualified leads and schedule client meetings
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable BMS solutions
Manage opportunities from lead generation to proposal and closure
Prepare proposals and coordinate with internal technical teams




Maintain regular follow-ups and update the CRM
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in B2B / IT Sales / Business Development
Proven experience in lead generation and new client acquisition
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Good understanding of IT products and services
Confident in cold calling and client meetings
Solid follow-up and relationship-building skills
Target-oriented, proactive and self-motivated
Experience with LinkedIn prospecting and CRM is preferred
