We do have an opportunity for you as Analyst/Senior Analyst/Lead - (IC Role) - Corporate Accounting, Hyderabad and below is the JD.

Work hours:- 2 PM to 11 PM IST/3 PM to 12 AM IST

n

Work Mode : Hybrid

Notice Period : Immediate Joiners or 15 Days

Corporate Accountant Key Responsibilities: -

n

Accounts Payable

n

n
- Process and manage vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, coding, and timely payments.
n
- Oversee T&E; (travel and entertainment) submissions and employee reimbursements.
n
- Prepare and post expense allocations across funds and management entities.
n
- Maintain proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
n
- Support efficiency improvements in invoice and expense workflows.
n

Financial Reporting

n

n
- Record and maintain NetSuite bookings and journal entries.
n
- Perform expense reconciliations, ensuring completeness and accuracy of accounts.
n
- Assist in the month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial close process.
n
- Prepare financial statements and management reports for review.
n




- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
n

Ad-Hoc / Other Responsibilities

n

n
- Support ongoing NetSuite implementation and process enhancement projects.
n
- Prepare ad-hoc analyses and reports to support decision-making.
n
- Assist with audit preparation and respond to auditor requests.
n
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to improve reporting accuracy.
n
- Contribute to the development and documentation of accounting procedures.
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Solid understanding of US GAAP.
n
- 5+ years of corporate accounting experience.
n
- Depth experience in expense allocations for asset managers
n
- Strong working knowledge of NetSuite (must have)
n
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
n
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
