Hiring: PMO Lead / Senior PMO Manager - Pune/Gurugram

nNote: Experience from BPO/BPS/BPM business is mandatory

nKey Responsibilities

nEstablish and manage PMO governance frameworks, operating models, controls, and reporting structures.

nDrive integrated planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, and program execution.

nOwn RAID management, executive reporting, steering committee packs, and management dashboards.

nManage budgets, forecasts, resource planning, utilization, and financial governance.

nLead stakeholder communications and engage with senior leadership across business and delivery functions.

nDrive quality, compliance, audit readiness, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

nSupport large-scale transformation programs, portfolio governance, and strategic initiatives.

nWhat We're Looking For

- 8+ years of experience in PMO, Program Management, Portfolio Management, Delivery Governance, or Transformation roles. Candidate should be comfortable with 24*7 working workplace.
