Key Responsibilities

- Paid Search Operations (Google & Bing Ads): Plan, execute, and scale high-intent search campaigns targeting US decision-makers searching for HR tech, talent management, and OKR software.
- US Market Acquisition: Run campaign experiments aligned with US business hours and buyer behaviors targeting HR executives, VPs of People, and C-suite leaders.
- In-Office Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly in office with our product, design, and sales teams in Bengaluru to build landing pages, test ad copy, and refine lead conversion loops.
- Funnel Analytics & Reporting: Track performance across the acquisition pipeline—from CAC, CPC,



and CTR down to SQOs (Sales Qualified Opportunities) and ARR.
- Paid Social: Manage and optimize retargeting or account-based campaigns across LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

Qualifications & Experience

- 3-6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience in B2B SaaS (HR Tech or Enterprise Software preferred).
- Hands-on expertise running and optimizing Google Ads and Bing Ads with directly managed budgets.
- Proven track record running paid campaigns targeted specifically at the US/North American market.
- Familiarity with tracking setups, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and CRM pipeline attribution (HubSpot/Salesforce).
- Practical experience managing campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads.
