Company Description Assistencia Labs Private Limited builds AI-enabled utility software that helps small and medium businesses run their operations more efficiently. Its flagship product, KineticFlow, supports physiotherapists and allied health practitioners worldwide with voice-driven clinical documentation, AI-assisted treatment planning, patient engagement, and practice management in a single platform.

We’re building KineticFlow, an AI-enabled platform for physiotherapists and clinics. We’re looking for someone to help us acquire and support our first set of clinic customers.

What you’ll do

- Identify relevant physiotherapy clinics
- Reach out to clinic owners and decision-makers
- Demo KineticFlow and close customers
- Help new clinics get started and actively use the product
- Regularly speak with customers and capture feedback
- Work with our product team to resolve issues and improve the experience

What we’re looking for

Strong communication, confidence speaking with recent people, and persistence with follow-ups. Prior sales or healthcare experience is useful but not mandatory.

Compensation: Fixed monthly pay + sales incentives.
