Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Overseas Education Counselor role based in Noida. The counselor will guide prospective students through the entire process of studying abroad, including understanding their academic background, career goals, and preferred destinations. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, explaining course and university options, assisting with applications and documentation, and coordinating with universities and internal teams.

The role also involves providing information about admission requirements, scholarships, and visa processes, as well as organizing and participating in seminars, workshops,



and promotional events. The counselor will maintain accurate records of student interactions, follow up with leads, and ensure a positive and ethical experience for every applicant.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in Educational Consulting and Education-related guidance, with the ability to interpret global education systems and admission criteria.
- Experience in Student Counseling and Career Counseling, helping learners select suitable courses, institutions, and study destinations.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English, active listening, and the ability to present information confidently.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Education, Psychology, Management, or Humanities); a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in overseas education counseling, admissions, or related customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, email, and basic office software to manage inquiries and documentation.
- Strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and a commitment to ethical, non-discriminatory student support.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented and service-focused approach.
