Role Overview

We are hiring for multiple roles in Oracle Fusion HCM, including Functional and Techno-Functional Consultants. We are looking for professionals with 5–7 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in HCM modules, along with technical skills for techno-functional roles. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Managing support and enhancement activities Requirement gathering and solution design for enhancements Handling data loads, reports, and integrations Client coordination and documentation

Mandatory Skills

Hands-on experience in:





Strong Techno-functional Expertise, Including

Fusion Core HR Benefits Compensation Cycle Goals & Performance

HDL (HCM Data Loader) HCM Extracts BI Reports / OTBI Fast Formulas Basic integrations OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud)

Experience

5–7 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM Minimum 2 end-to-end implementation projects Minimum 2 support / enhancement projects Preferred experience working on HCM projects

Qualifications

B. Tech MBA (HR)
