About the RoleSHREE QUALITY SERVICES PVT. LTD. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to lead and manage Third-Party Inspection (TPI), CMM, sorting, containment, and quality inspection operations across automotive and auto-component manufacturing projects.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for project execution, manpower management, customer satisfaction, quality compliance, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across multiple client locations.
Key Responsibilities1. Operations &
- Project Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations and quality frameworks for 20+ major projects involving TPI, CMM, sorting, containment, and quality inspection activities.
- Ensure smooth execution of projects in accordance with customer requirements, quality standards, and agreed service-level commitments.
- Monitor project performance, productivity, manpower deployment, and operational KPIs.
- Coordinate with clients, plant quality teams, production departments, and internal management to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
2. Team Leadership & • Manpower Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional team of approximately 650+ members, including Project Engineers, Supervisors, Quality Inspectors, and support staff.
- Plan and allocate manpower based on project requirements, production schedules, and customer priorities.
- Optimize resource utilization, shift planning, attendance, and workforce productivity.
- Conduct performance reviews, training,
and competency development programs.

Assurance &
• Compliance
- Establish, implement, and monitor quality frameworks across all inspection and sorting projects.
- Direct systematic Layered Process Audits (LPA), Workstation Audits, and Process Audits to ensure adherence to customer-specific and organizational quality requirements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable IATF 16949 principles, quality procedures, SOPs, Work Instructions, One Point Lessons (OPLs), and Skill Matrices.
- Drive standardization, process discipline, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Customer
Complaints &
• CAPA
- Manage customer complaints from initial receipt through investigation, corrective action, and closure.
- Lead cross-functional Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) implementation to reduce rejections, recurring defects, and customer dissatisfaction.
- Coordinate Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 8D problem-solving, Poka-Yoke, and defect-prevention initiatives.
- Track customer feedback and ensure timely resolution of quality concerns.

• Continuous Improvement
- Monitor project profitability, operational costs, manpower efficiency, and service performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce inspection errors, and enhance customer value.
- Prepare MIS reports, operational dashboards, audit reports, and management reviews.
- Support business development, project mobilization, and expansion of TPI and quality service operations.
Required Qualifications & • Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Automobile, or Industrial Engineering.
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in automotive quality, third-party inspection, supplier quality, or industrial quality services.
- Strong experience in managing multiple automotive projects and large cross-functional teams.
- Good knowledge of automotive quality systems and IATF 16949 requirements.
- Practical experience in TPI, CMM inspection, sorting, containment, quality audits, and customer complaint handling.
- Knowledge of RCA, 8D, CAPA, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, customer-handling, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations and manufacturing plants as required.
