About the Role

We're looking for a highly organized, detail-obsessed Operations, Logistics & Quality Control Specialist to own the end-to-end order journey - designer coordination, production follow-ups, quality checks, packaging, logistics, and export documentation. You'll work closely with designers, shipping partners, and our internal team to make sure every order meets our standards and reaches the customer accurately and on time. It's a hands-on role with real ownership across functions.

What You'll Do

Order Management

- Prepare purchase orders from customer orders and share them with designers
- Coordinate with designers to keep production on schedule and delivered within required timelines
- Monitor production, proactively follow up on pending orders, and resolve delays
- Maintain accurate order tracking from production through final delivery
- Package garments to customer requirements and company standards before dispatch

Quality Management





- Coordinate virtual quality inspections with designers at various production stages to catch defects early
- Perform thorough QC on all garments received before shipment
- Work with designers and suppliers to establish and maintain consistent quality standards
- Identify, document, and communicate defects, alterations, or discrepancies, and follow through on corrective action
- Maintain detailed QC records - photographs, inspection reports, and issue logs
- Partner with the Head of Merchandising and designers on process improvements that reduce recurring issues

Logistics Management

- Negotiate freight rates and coordinate shipments with courier and logistics partners
- Arrange timely domestic pickups and secure international shipments
- Proactively manage dispatch delays and shipping exceptions to minimize customer impact
- Track orders across the full lifecycle — production, QC, shipment, customs clearance, and delivery
- Coordinate with the accounts team on GST claims and maintain shipping bills, invoices, and documentation

Regulatory & Export Documentation

- Stay current on garment export and international shipping regulations
- Ensure compliance with all applicable export, quality, and safety requirements
- Manage GST refund documentation and duty-free export procedures




- Prepare and maintain reports on sales, QC, shipping, and customs
- Manage all export documentation - commercial and export invoices, packing lists, e-invoices, e-way bills, and shipping bills

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 3 years in operations, logistics, shipping, or e-commerce (essential)
- Prior experience at a multi-designer fashion company shipping internationally (essential)
- Previous experience as a QC/Master in the garment industry (essential)
- Robust understanding of garment construction, quality standards, alterations, finishing, and defect identification
- Experience coordinating with designers, vendors, and production teams
- Experience managing domestic and international shipping, including courier coordination and tracking
- Working knowledge of export documentation, GST, shipping bills, packing lists, e-way bills, and commercial invoices (preferred)
- Experience packaging premium apparel to brand and international shipping standards
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple orders and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, Gmail, and other productivity tools
- A startup mindset with the willingness to take ownership across functions
- Excellent written and verbal English
