Role Description The Operation Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune District. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operational activities, including coordinating client onboarding, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth execution of financial services and documentation.

The Operation

Executive will support operations management by monitoring workflows, improving processes, and assisting with compliance and internal controls.





Responsibilities also include collaborating with advisors and other team members, responding to client queries, preparing reports, and ensuring timely follow-up on operational tasks. The role requires consistent adherence to company policies, attention to detail, and proactive communication to maintain high service quality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to handle daily workflows and improve process efficiency.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review data, prepare reports, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact with clients and internal teams in a clear, qualified manner.
- Relevant experience in financial services operations or back-office processes is beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic financial software tools is preferred.
- Ability to work with high accuracy, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a structured environment.
- Graduate degree in commerce, finance, business administration, or a related field is an advantage.
