We are having First Line Manager position taking care of corporate hospitals.
Qualification - Graduate
Relevant Experience: 2 years or more as a key account manager (hospitals / institutional business) and overall, 5 to 6 years of total pharmaceutical sales experience
Roles and responsibilities:
- Experience managing relationships with key hospital decision-makers (Procurement Heads, Pharmacy In-charges, COOs, Administrators, etc.)
- Solid deal making and negotiation skills, ability to manage and inform key pricing & commercial discussions with hospital purchase teams
- Good to have a working knowledge of the hospital ecosystem & key physicians operated nursing homes in the assigned work location
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and strong quantitative aptitude
- Ability to travel to the assigned area and visit aligned hospitals per month ensuring strong coverage
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets
