MGM Seven Hills Hospital, Visakhapatnam is looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead and strengthen our hospital-wide quality and patient safety initiatives.

Location: Visakhapatnam

Industry: Multispecialty Hospital

n

Experience: 10–15 Years

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Drive implementation and compliance of NABH standards & Quality Management Systems
n
- Conduct internal audits and monitor compliance
n
- Track Quality Indicators, Incidents, RCA, FMEA & CAPA
n
- Lead Quality Improvement & Patient Safety initiatives
n
- Support NABH Accreditation, Assessments & Mock Audits
n
- Coordinate Quality Committees, documentation & management reporting
n
- Conduct quality and patient-safety training for hospital teams
n

n

Qualification – Mandatory

n

MBA – Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management / Quality Management

n

Preferred: Candidates with experience in NABH-accredited multispecialty hospitals and strong knowledge of RCA, FMEA, CAPA and Quality Management Systems.
