Role Description The Motion Graphics Editor will be responsible for designing and producing high-quality motion graphics and video content that support marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling. Day-to-day tasks include creating animated assets, editing video footage, designing visual effects, and adapting content for multiple digital platforms and formats. The role involves collaborating closely with strategists, copywriters, and designers to translate briefs into engaging visual narratives that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

This is a full-time role based in Bengaluru with a hybrid work arrangement,



allowing a mix of in-office collaboration and work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in motion graphics design and video editing, using tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and related creative software.
- Experience creating animated assets, visual effects, and graphics optimized for social media, web, and digital campaigns.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, storyboard concepts, and develop visual narratives that support marketing and brand goals.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color, and composition as applied to moving images.
- Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams, receiving constructive feedback, and iterating quickly in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and content marketing concepts, and an interest in growth-focused storytelling.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Design, Animation, Film, Media, or a related field; a portfolio demonstrating motion graphics and video work is required.
