Role Description The Motion Graphic Designer role at Off Paper Media is a full-time, on-site position based in Udaipur.

The Motion Graphic

Designer will create animated visuals, explainer videos, and motion-based content for brand campaigns, social media, and digital platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing storyboards, designing graphics and layouts, animating assets, and collaborating closely with designers, strategists, and video producers. The role also involves refining visual styles, ensuring brand consistency across motion projects,



and preparing final files optimized for various channels.

Designer will participate in creative reviews, provide input on visual strategy, and support the production of high-quality digital content from concept to delivery.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics.
- Candidates should possess practical experience with Video Production and related workflows.
- Candidates should possess solid Graphic Design and Graphics skills for both static and animated assets.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Ability to translate brand guidelines into compelling visual narratives and animations.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience collaborating in creative teams and responding constructively to feedback.
- A relevant degree or diploma in Design, Animation, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
