About the Role

We're hiring a Meeting Closer to conduct sales calls with qualified inbound prospects and convert those conversations into paying clients.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident on calls, understands how to identify client pain points, can handle objections effectively, and knows how to confidently guide a prospect toward a purchasing decision.

You'll work directly with our founders and marketing team, giving you a clear understanding of our offers, processes, and ideal clients.

Responsibilities

- Conduct discovery and sales calls with inbound prospects
- Understand prospect goals, challenges, and requirements
- Recommend the appropriate Lens of Light package
- Clearly communicate our services and value proposition
- Handle objections and negotiate professionally
- Close qualified prospects into paying clients
- Follow up with prospects when necessary
- Coordinate with founders and the marketing team
- Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes,



and pipeline status
- Work toward monthly closing targets

Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Robust sales and objection-handling ability
- Confidence and professionalism on Zoom or phone calls
- Quick thinking and adaptability during live conversations
- Strong listening and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with founders and the marketing team
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Prior experience in sales, closing, appointment setting, or client acquisition is a strong advantage
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional space for calls

Compensation

5–10% commission per closed client, depending on the Lens of Light package sold.

Commission is based on the package value and may vary depending on the service/package sold.

This is a remote, performance-based sales opportunity with significant earning potential for consistent closers.
