We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Marketing Executive to support the company’s marketing and business development activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to promote products or services and generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and market the company’s products and services to potential customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Visit customers, clients, and business locations when required.
- Make follow-up calls and coordinate with prospective customers.
- Support sales activities and help achieve monthly business targets.
- Prepare and maintain customer and marketing records.
- Coordinate with the sales and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor competitors and provide feedback to management.
- Prepare regular marketing and activity reports.
- Participate in exhibitions, events, meetings, and promotional activities.
- Perform other marketing duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- 12th pass, Diploma, or any degree.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and convincing abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital communication tools.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and field activities.
- Previous marketing or sales experience is an advantage.
- Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply.

Salary
Salary will be based on experience and company standards. Performance-based incentives and travel allowances may be provided as per company policy.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
