Zinnov is hiring for the role of Enterprise Platforms, ERP on behalf of our Global MNC MedTech client company a company where technology sits at the centre of everything: powering how the core business operates day to day and shaping the products and digital solutions that will define the future of patient care. This role is part of the companys establishment of their new India Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Bengaluru which will drive enterprise technology, digital transformation and innovation for its global operations and contributing to technology that ultimately helps millions of people around the world.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field required.
- Master's degree or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.

Required:

- 8+ years planning, delivering, and administering across one or more of the following domains in a multi-instance SAP ECC and S/4 landscape: SAP ABAP, SAP Security, SAP BASIS, SAP Integration BTP/IS.
- Lead teams and SI partners; provide technical governance, code reviews, estimation, design authority, and mentoring.
- Solid experience with production support, critical incident management, performance tuning, root-cause analysis, and release management across 247 global SAP environments.
- Excellent collaboration with SAP functional leads, enterprise architects, business stakeholders, QA/Validation, Infrastructure, and global IT leadership.




- Solid understanding of core business processes across finance, supply chain, and/or manufacturing.
- Demonstrated experience managing full delivery lifecycles (design, build, test, deploy, and support) for ERP initiatives.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional and global teams and manage delivery partners or vendors.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.
- Track record of ownership, accountability for outcomes, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

- Experience leading ERP implementations, upgrades, migrations, or major enhancements.
- Experience managing people, including hiring, performance management, and team development.
- Exposure to integration technologies, reporting/analytics tools, and enterprise architecture.
- Familiarity with Agile, ITIL, and standard software development lifecycle practices.
- Experience working in a regulated industry (e.g., healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals).
- Knowledge of ERP governance, testing methodologies, and process optimization techniques.

- Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Travel: Up to 10% (may include limited international travel)
- Certifications: ERP certifications (e.g., SAP, Oracle), project/delivery certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile), or ITIL are a plus
