JOB DETAILS

- Maintain accurate and up to date books of accounts and financial records.
- Handle day to day accounting transactions including purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and supporting financial documentation.
- Perform bank, cash, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Follow up on outstanding receivables and assist in maintaining payment schedules.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
- Prepare regular MIS reports and financial statements as required by management.
- Assist in GST, TDS, income tax, and other applicable statutory compliance activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders when required.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure accounting records are complete and organized.
- Verify financial transactions and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and financial analysis when required.
- Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and procedures.




- Identify accounting discrepancies and support timely resolution.
- Handle confidential financial information with professionalism and discretion.
- Support the Finance & Accounts team in other accounting and financial activities as required.
