Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their jewellery requirements, recommending suitable products, achieving sales targets, and providing an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom.- Understand customer preferences, requirements, and budget.- Explain jewellery designs, materials, making charges, pricing, and offers.- Recommend suitable jewellery based on customer needs.- Handle product demonstrations and support customers during selection.- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.- Generate new leads and maintain relationships with existing customers.- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries and potential purchases.- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer information.- Coordinate with inventory and billing teams for smooth transactions.- Ensure proper display and presentation of jewellery products.- Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.- Maintain showroom discipline, hygiene, and visual merchandising standards.

Requirements

- 1–5 years of experience in jewellery, retail, luxury retail, or sales preferred.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Solid customer-handling and convincing abilities.- Good knowledge of jewellery products and trends is an advantage.- Target-oriented and self-motivated.- Presentable, professional, and courteous personality.- Basic computer knowledge.- Ability to work in a fast-paced showroom environment.
