Shift: 24×7 Rotational (Night shifts included)

Requirements
- 1+ year experience in International Voice Process (Mandatory)
- Excellent English communication (C1 level preferred)
- Comfortable with inbound calling & global customers
- Immediate to 15 days notice period preferred
Role: Handle international customer calls, resolve queries, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
