nJob Description:

nThe Instructional Designer will support the design and development of engaging e-learning,

nblended, and instructor-led content. Working closely with SMEs and stakeholders, the role

ninvolves translating learning needs into well-structured content that drives knowledge

nretention and performance improvement.

nKey Responsibilities: -

- Analyze learning needs with SMEs and define explicit learning objectives.
n
- Design storyboards, e-learning modules, job aids, and facilitator guides.
n
- Apply instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles.
n
- Build interactive e-learning courses using authoring tools.
n
- Develop assessments, quizzes, and knowledge checks.
n




- Review and revise existing content for accuracy and effectiveness.
n
- Support course publishing and testing on LMS platforms.
n
- Incorporate feedback from SMEs, stakeholders, and learners.
n

nDesired Candidates: -

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
n
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience in instructional design or e-learning development.
n
- Proficiency with an authoring tool (Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate, or
n

nsimilar).

n

n
- Strong storyboarding skills and working knowledge of ADDIE/SAM.
n
- Excellent written communication for clear, learner-friendly content.
n
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
