About the RoleWe are looking for an HR Executive who can take ownership of day to day HR operations and help us build a strong, productive, and engaged team.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, people focused, and comfortable working in a quick paced performance driven environment.

Key Responsibilities• Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities

- Maintain employee records, documentation, attendance, and HR data
- Coordinate recruitment activities, candidate screening, interviews, and follow ups
- Support new employee orientation and induction
- Handle employee queries and day to day employee relations
- Support performance management, feedback, and appraisal processes




- Implement and maintain HR policies and processes
- Coordinate training and employee development initiatives
- Work closely with leadership on workforce planning and HR requirements
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information
- Ensure HR processes are followed consistently across the organization

Requirements• 6 months to 2 years of experience in HR or HR Operations
- Strong understanding of basic HR processes and employee management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle employee concerns professionally
- Strong organizational and follow up skills
- Comfortable working with MS Excel, Word, and other basic office tools
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Experience in a startup, agency, or performance driven organization will be an advantage
