Role Overview:

We're looking for a Senior VP of Sales to take full, autonomous ownership of our international sales function, end to end. The team is already built; your mandate is to maintain it and consistently hit and sustain sales numbers, while helping scale sales as CureMeAbroad expands globally across business verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

n

- Own the international sales function end to end, including strategy, execution, and results, with full autonomy
n
- Maintain and manage the existing sales team, working effectively within current resources and headcount
n
- Establish and enforce quality control across the sales process, including call quality, conversion discipline, and adherence to process
n
- Set and own revenue and conversion targets, and be fully accountable for consistently achieving and sustaining them
n
- Design and continuously refine sales processes, playbooks, and CRM/pipeline discipline
n
- Support CureMeAbroad's global expansion by scaling sales across new markets and business verticals
n
- Own forecasting, pipeline reviews, and revenue reporting to the CEO
n

Requirements:

n

n
- 10+ years in sales leadership roles,



including at least 3-4 years managing teams
n
- Proven track record scaling B2C sales in international markets, particularly the US, Australia, and UK
n
- Startup experience, with comfort operating with limited resources
n
- Track record of owning a sales function end to end and consistently hitting or sustaining targets autonomously
n
- Experience helping scale sales operations into recent markets or business verticals
n
- Strong process and quality-control discipline
n
- Excellent communication and team management skills
