Experience: 7–12 years

No. of Positions: 10

CTC: ₹6–10 LPA

Qualification

n

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institution.

n

M.Arch. / relevant specialization preferred.

n

COA registration preferred.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead architectural projects from concept design to execution.
n
- Develop design concepts, presentations, working drawings and detailed documentation.
n
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, interior and other consultants.
n
- Manage and mentor junior architects and design teams.
n
- Conduct client presentations and design review meetings.
n
- Review GFC/working drawings, specifications and technical submissions.
n




- Coordinate with contractors and site teams.
n
- Conduct site visits and resolve design and execution-related issues.
n
- Ensure quality, timelines and compliance with applicable regulations.
n

Ideal Candidate

n

Strong design and technical expertise with proven experience in architectural design, detailing, project coordination and site execution. Experience in residential, commercial, institutional, hospitality, infrastructure or mixed-use projects preferred. Robust leadership, communication and client-management skills required.
