nMulti-Property Operations Management

- Oversee the complete operations of all hotels, resorts, restaurants, and hospitality businesses within the group
N
- Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards, SOPs, and guest service protocols
N
- Monitor operational KPIs and drive performance improvements across all properties
N
- Conduct regular property reviews and operational audits
N
- Ensure seamless coordination between units and corporate functions
N

nFinancial & Commercial Performance

- Drive achievementof annual revenue and EBITDA/GOP target
N
- Monitor departmental productivity, payroll percentages, and operational cost
N
- Ensure optimal utilization of resources and budget
N
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly business performance report
N
- Work closely with Revenue Management and Sales teams to maximize RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, banquet revenue, and F&B; profitability
N
- Lead cost-control initiatives without compromising guest experience

- Champion a culture of exceptional guest service across all properties

- Monitor guest satisfaction scores,

nPre-Opening & Expansion Projects

- Lead all hotel pre-opening activities from an operations perspective

- Support project teams in planning manpower, operating supplies, equipment, and budgets

- Ensure smooth launch and stabilization of new hotels and hospitality ventures

- Develop operational readiness plans for all upcoming projects
