Job DescriptionSocial Media & Account Manager

NMatchsticks is looking for a Social Media & Account Manager to manage client communication, social media planning, and coordination with our internal creative team.

NKey Responsibilities

- Develop and manage monthly social media calendars for clients
N
- Understand client requirements, brand tone, and objectives and convert them into content ideas
N
- Act as the primary Point of Contact (POC) between clients and the internal team
N
- Coordinate with designers, copywriters, video editors, and other team members
N
- Create clear briefs andcommunicate client requirements to the team
N
- Manage client feedback,revisions, approvals, and timelines
N
- Track content schedulesand ensure timely delivery of all deliverables
N
- Plan and coordinate posts, reels, stories, and social media campaigns
N
- Stay updated with social media trends and proactively bring relevant ideas to clients
N
- Manage multiple clientsand projects simultaneously
N
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams from brief to final delivery
N





nWhat We're LookingFor

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
N
- Prior experience in a digital marketing / creative agency is mandatory
N
- Fluency in English is amust, both written and spoken
N
- Strong understanding ofsocial media platforms, especially Instagram
N
- Excellent content planning and social media calendar skills
N
- Strong client-handling and communication skills
N
- Excellent coordination,organisation, and follow-up skills
N
- Ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines
N
- Creative thinking with a positive understanding of content and social media trends
N
- Ability to work effectively with designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals
N
- Proactive, responsible,and comfortable taking ownership
