Requirements

- Graduate or equivalent educational qualification.

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an international voice process.

- Excellent spoken and written English skills.

- Ability to work flexible schedule, including night shifts.
n
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace at home.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
