Hiring - Senior Phlebotomist / IV Therapy Specialist

Location: Mumbai

n

CTC: Up to ₹6 LPA

n

Experience: 5+ Years

n

We are looking for an experienced Senior Phlebotomist / IV Therapy Specialist with strong expertise in venipuncture, IV cannulation and infusion therapies

n

Key Requirements:

n

n
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in phlebotomy & IV therapy
n
- Expertise in difficult vein access and peripheral IV placement
n
- Experience with IV drips, IV pushes, IM/SubQ injections
n
- Knowledge of IV solution preparation/compounding and aseptic techniques
n
- Solid patient communication and ability to handle anxious patients
n
- Experience with vital signs, specimen handling and EMR documentation
n
- BLS/CPR certification required
n
- Nursing degree/license or relevant phlebotomy certification preferred
n
- Experience in wellness, luxury healthcare, IV hydration or outpatient settings is an advantage
n
