Shift : Rotational Shift

Role Summary :

n

Responsible for managing MIS reporting, dashboards, and data analysis for DPO operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful reporting to support business decisions.

n

Key Responsibilities :

n

n
- Manage daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports and dashboards (SLA, AHT, HC, Productivity, etc.)
n
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery
n
- Perform data analysis and RCA to identify trends and gaps
n
- Drive automation using Excel, Power BI, and other tools
n
- Collaborate with Operations and WFM for reporting requirements
n




- Lead and mentor MIS team; ensure SLA and quality adherence
n

n

Skills Required :

n

n
- Advanced Excel (Pivot, Power Query; VBA preferred)
n
- Power BI / Tableau
n
- Basic SQL (preferred)
n

n
