Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Salary: ₹40,000 per month onwards, depending on experience

Additional Pay: Performance-based bonus

We are an established UK-based online travel company with over 16 years of experience, providing hotel accommodation and travel services to the travel trade.

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Telesales Manager to join our Kolkata office.

n

This is a hands-on sales role requiring strong sales ability, leadership skills and a proven ability to develop new business.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

- Lead and manage day-to-day telesales activities.
n
- Contact new and existing B2B clients to promote our services.
n
- Generate new business and convert leads into active customers.
n
- Build and maintain solid client relationships.
n
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure effective follow-ups.
n
- Set and monitor individual and team sales targets.
n
- Motivate, coach and support the telesales team.
n
- Monitor performance and improve call and conversion results.
n




- Report regularly to senior management on sales activity and performance.
n

n

Skills & Experience

n

- Previous telesales, sales management or business development experience.
n
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
n
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
n
- Confident, professional and persuasive telephone manner.
n
- Ability to motivate a team and achieve sales targets.
n
- Target-driven, ambitious and commercially focused.
n
- Strong organisational and follow-up skills.
n
- Proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
n

Experience within B2B sales, travel, hotels or hospitality would be an advantage.

n
