The Role

n

We're looking for a Creative Strategist – Performance Marketing to own the creative strategy and scripting pipeline for our paid ads.

n

Your role will be to identify strong consumer insights, develop winning creative angles, write compelling hooks and scripts, and continuously improve creatives based on performance data.

n

What You'll Do

n

n
- Develop and test hooks, creative angles, and scripts for paid video ads
n
- Write headlines, ad copy, and creative direction for static ads
n
- Create briefs and scripts for UGC creators and influencers
n
- Research competitors, customer reviews, trends, and consumer insights
n
- Work with video editors and AI creative tools to develop production-ready ads
n
- Analyze CTR, hook rate, and retention to improve future creatives
n
- Build a library of proven hooks, scripts,



and winning creative angles
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- 2–4 years of experience in creative strategy, video scripting, direct-response copywriting, or performance marketing
n
- Experience with D2C, health/wellness brands, nutraceuticals, or performance marketing agencies is preferred
n
- Solid understanding of consumer psychology, hooks, storytelling, and direct-response copywriting
n
- Ability to simplify complex product information into engaging and compliant advertising content
n
- Comfortable using AI tools for research, ideation, and creative development
n
- A strong portfolio of relevant scripts, ads, or performance creatives
n

Graphic design or video editing

n

Organic content creation

n

Traditional brand-only copywriting

n

This is a performance creative role focused on developing, testing, and improving advertising creatives that drive measurable business results.
