About the Role

n

FlixStock is looking for a strategy and business operations professional to work closely with the Chief Business Officer. The role will support enterprise growth by strengthening business visibility, enabling data-backed decision-making and driving disciplined execution across leadership priorities.

n

This is a hands-on individual-contributor role requiring strong commercial understanding, analytical rigour and the ability to coordinate effectively across functions.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Monitor enterprise pipeline, revenue forecasts, strategic accounts, client commitments and associated business risks.
n
- Translate leadership priorities into structured action plans with transparent ownership, timelines and measurable outcomes.
n
- Drive weekly and monthly business reviews, management dashboards and performance reporting.
n
- Prepare decision notes, analytical reports and presentations for leadership discussions.
n
- Lead selected strategic and cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through implementation and closure.
n
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Product, Finance, HR and other stakeholders to resolve business dependencies.
n
- Identify commercial opportunities,



operational bottlenecks and matters requiring leadership intervention.
n
- Conduct customer, market and competitive analysis to support business planning.
n
- Maintain appropriate confidentiality while handling commercially sensitive and organisational information.

Required Experience and Capabilities

n

n
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in strategy, business operations, management consulting, commercial excellence or strategic program management.
n
- Relevant exposure to enterprise sales, B2B SaaS, technology or a high-growth business workplace.
n
- Understanding of CRM, sales pipelines, forecasting and business-performance metrics.
n
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and program-management capabilities.
n
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to CRM and business-intelligence tools is preferred.
n
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes across functions without direct reporting authority.
n
- High ownership, sound judgement, attention to detail and comfort working in a dynamic environment.
n
- MBA or an equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
n
