Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Business Development

- Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, online platforms, databases, and other relevant sources.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, and professional networking.
- Understand prospect requirements and introduce suitable company services.
- Maintain a structured pipeline of leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Assist in converting prospects into potential business opportunities.

2. Client Communication & Sales Support

- Communicate professionally with prospective clients and understand their business needs.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team for further discussions.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, presentations, and client-related documents.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Support the team in achieving business development and sales objectives.

3. Marketing & Brand Promotion

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Support social media marketing, content promotion, and online brand visibility.
- Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, industry trends, and new opportunities.




- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative ideas for attracting potential customers.

4. Reporting & Performance Tracking

- Maintain accurate daily records of calls made, leads generated, clients contacted, follow-ups, and meetings scheduled.
- Update the daily task and report sheet with clear and measurable numbers.
- Track lead status and ensure timely action on pending opportunities.
- Prepare regular updates on sales and marketing activities.
- Take ownership of assigned targets and complete tasks within deadlines.

What We’re Looking For
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in speaking with potential clients and handling professional conversations.
- Interest in sales, business development, marketing, and customer acquisition.
- Ability to research, identify opportunities, and follow up consistently.
- Willingness to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and digital marketing platforms.
- Strong learning attitude, discipline, and ability to take initiative.
